Our samosas start with pastry made fresh each day — rolled, cut, and shaped by hand. The filling is simple and honest: potatoes, green peas, cumin, coriander and a careful measure of chilli.
They go into the oil only when you order, so every one arrives at your table golden, crackly, and still too hot to eat without blowing on it first.
