In Nepal, no meal is complete without achar. It's the bright, sharp, spicy thing on the side that makes everything else taste better.
We make ours in-house, in small batches, using the same recipes we serve at the restaurant. Now jarred and ready for your fridge door — so the flavour follows you home.

Each jar is 220 g, made in small batches, and keeps for six weeks in the fridge.
Roasted tomatoes, timur, chilli and sesame. The same achar served with every plate of Mo:Mo at the restaurant — smoky, tangy, addictive.
Radish, carrot, cauliflower and green chilli, fermented with mustard oil and fenugreek. A sharp, crunchy side for rice and dal.
Whole garlic cloves slow-pickled in chilli, mustard oil and turmeric. Bold, punchy and best used sparingly — a little goes a long way.
Pick up a jar when you visit the restaurant. Each one is 220 g, sealed fresh, and keeps for up to six weeks in the fridge.
