The LaSoon bakery runs on early mornings. While the city is still dark, our ovens are already warm — turning out sel roti, fresh breads and Nepali sweets for the day ahead.
By the time you walk in for your first coffee, everything is ready: warm, fragrant, and made from scratch that same morning. No pre-mixes, no frozen doughs. Just flour, hands and heat.

A rotating selection of breads, sweets and Nepali bakes — always fresh, always made here.
A ring-shaped Nepali rice bread, lightly sweet and crisp on the outside. Traditionally made for festivals — we make it every day.
Naan, roti and flatbreads baked through the morning. Best eaten warm, torn by hand, dipped into whatever is on the table.
Cardamom biscuits, jeri, and seasonal Nepali sweets. Small enough for a coffee companion, sweet enough to remember.
The bakery counter opens at seven, every day. Coffee and chai are ready. Sel roti is warm. Breads are still cooling on the rack.
For larger orders — office breakfasts, event platters, or a stack of sel roti for a celebration — get in touch a day ahead and we'll have everything ready for pickup.
Walk in for breakfast, or pre-order for a group. The oven is already on.
